MIL-STD DOORS Export

I'm starting a new DOORS database and have a need to provide MIL-STD modules in the database to link requirements to. I did some searching and came across a paper and presentation from the 2008 Telelogic Americas User Group Conference on Microsoft Word Export to DOOS for MIL-STD Specifications. In the paper, it references a MIL-STD_DOORS_Export.dot which incorporated the Visual Basic code used to perform the export. However, I've been unable to find that file anywhere.

Does anyone have a copy, or anything similar that they use to help automate the task of bringing MIL-STD specifications into DOORS modules?

I don't have the DOT file but when you create a new module, check the box to use a template - browse and open the template library - you will find many templates to use for modules including Mil-Std 490A and 498. They should create the right structure for the module and then you can export to Word as normal. I'll post the DOT file if I find it.

If you look at the paper (there is also a powerpoint presentation floating around out there for the same item), you'll see that the .dot file included macros beyond just structuring the DOORS module correctly and getting the MIL-STD imported as is into DOORS. It provided a lot of additional functionality to, for example: convert tables to OLE objects, bring verification information from later sections into an attribute for the requirement being verified, etc.

Just happended onto this post, and it may be overcome by events, but here it is.  I haven't looked at this for a LONG LONG  time, and one of the poeople who used to work for me made some changes, so not sure what shape it's in.  Good luck.
